All orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day. All order placed on Saturday - Sunday will be shipped the following business day. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email as well as contact the delivery carrier for further assistance. We will do our best to provide any additional information to assist you with contacting the carrier for resolution.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
******All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:
1. USPS standard shipping 3-5 business days.
2. Priority 2-3 business days
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases).
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days)
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. If you opted to receive update by text then all details will be sent to you as SMS. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

**NO REFUNDS - EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING ORDER. RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must not be worn and unwashed. We cannot accept items that have been damaged, worn and soiled. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags and be placed in the protective packaging as received.
3. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for exchange or store credit. ***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, bodysuits, swimwear and accessories***
4. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
5. All customer are responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Atija Styles.
6. Shipping fees are non refundable.
7. Atija Styles carefully inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. We also take photos of each item before it ships to ensure we are servicing our customers with the best products. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
***** Please include original packing slip to ensure we have all of your information to satisfy your request. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name or order number and indicate if you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, item or just receive store credit. If you received your order information by email, you will be able to print a new package slip. If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your package, your return for an exchange/store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
